Mesh seat vs the leather Enclose?
Mesh's one big win is staying cool — but you run AC always-on, so that mostly disappears for you. You liked the plush "held" feel; PU-leather's only real downside (peeling over years) doesn't matter since you upgrade often. So the leather Enclose is genuinely fine for your setup. Pick mesh only if you prefer a firm, breezy, even-support feel over plush.
The grooves (Enclose "Plus")?
The factory does the leather seat — but flat, not grooved. The grooved/channelled seat is Bewell's own custom spec. Eagleseating does custom work, so they could make it grooved if you ask (send the photo). Or accept flat leather — the research says grooved-over-flat is real but marginal.
